Quiet and tranquillity are features of this menu but they are not included in the bill. Elegance goes with professionalism.

The special dish is fish, as a homage to the variety of the sea products and to the good cuisine. Venice is the source of inspiration: old and traditional recipes are made in modern ways.
A Russian poet and winner of the Nobel for literature, Josif Brodsky, said that Restaurant "Alle Arche" reveals something ancient". The products of the sea are reelaborated according the Veronese tradition that exalts them giving them a new life.
